Delete your Door Post account

Door Post, by Let's Try Things, LLC, lets you delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or from this page.

In the app

1. Open Door Post on Android or at doorpostbible.com/app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Don't have the app anymore? Send a request with our contact form, choosing Account or data request. Send it from the email address on your account so we can confirm it's you. We'll delete the account and email you when it's done, usually within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: your Google account ID, email address and name.
• Your synced progress: verses, strength, reviews, badges, settings and history.
• Your sign-in sessions.
• Your usage records (the days you used Door Post).

What stays, and for how long

• Progress saved on your own devices stays there until you remove it or uninstall the app.
• Copies in our hosting provider's backups are removed as those backups expire.
• Daily totals, such as how many people used Door Post on a day or from which country, aren't linked to any account and are kept.
• Messages you sent with the contact form are deleted when they're no longer needed. Ask in your request if you want them deleted now.
